Okay, I’ll bite...

Whilst it’s sad that you feel that way, and there are some real jackasses around per the earlier post, you never struck me as one to walk away. I think CEO has made a lot of people cry of late, as there has been somewhere close to zero regarding good news or much mildly amusing other than “Oh You, Internet”. Even my post count is dwindling as there has been little to engage with recently.

That being said, you have made a song and dance about it. By making a song and dance about how you won’t make a song and dance about it. And now I’m ready to sing and dance the night away. And now I’m all alone with no one to sing and dance with. What on earth will I do?

It’s a bit like the gob shite in the bar who keeps warning you that he’s going to punch you in a minute.

But on a more serious note, I hope I can dissuade you from abandoning CEO. You are often the lone voice of femininity that keeps some (not all) in check.

I am guessing it has something to do with the posts in another thread where someone said she should charge money for dominatrix services.

No idea if it was made up or what led to that, if she said something about that lifestyle or the person was just making things up. Don't think there should be crying or quitting, take it easy and feel better tomorrow.

You know i don't particularly like you Roz, but i will try to talk you out of leaving us too.

I don’t disagree GMJS. But if you put yourself out there, you have to take the licks that come with it. I actually admire Rozz, in a masochistic way. Everyone knows who she is. She doesn’t hide her real self. She says some stuff that she will herself (if she’s honest) are said to inflame. And I also don’t think that she’s not tough enough to deal with those. I just don’t have time for people who make a song and dance about not making a song and dance when, in fact, they are making a song and dance and would like the song and dance to continue. The adage about the twat in the pub who keeps going on and on about the fact that he’s going to lamp someone is so true. He never does. It’s the quiet bastard in the corner that you need to worry about. Not the one making a song and dance.

And one other thing. It would be quite easy to accuse me of toxic masculinity here Rozz. It really would. But, I’d really hope that you could see past the toxic sarcasm, fuel-induced I will admit, and realize that despite the odd twatish comment from complete cnut-buckets, that your contributions are well received. I for one, love it when your eyes swivel and you get on one. And I say that with absolute sincerity. I’ll call you when I think you’re being a twat. I’ll also support you when I don’t.
