Ellyptical Machine.
Ellyptical Machine.
Purchased his last August with noble aspirations of exercising during rainy season.
Purchased at one of the fitness shops off of Monivong for well over $300.
Konlega brand (China). I chose the largest model with the best build quality I could find as I have a fairly large frame.
Has an LCD with functioning heart rate monitor, distance, calorie and timer. Unfortunately I think the screen comes from a stationary bike so the readings are not that accurate --- still useful for benchmarking between sessions (even though the absolute distances and RPMs are off).
Selling because I am changing apartments for the 2nd time this year and it is a pain in the ass to move up down stairs etc.
In excellent condition as it has (sadly) not seen much use other than as a clothes hanger. It has always been kept inside (not on balcony/exposed to elements etc) like a lot of people do.
Gives a great workout though (can burn 500-700 calories per hour on the thing). So if you are someone who does not shift flats a lot, will enjoy a good work out at home and has the space for it (at least 2m x 1m) this is a great deal.
First person to put over$100 in my hand takes it away.
Self collect; (Tuol Kuork - near Thai Huot)
Caveat: As it is large you will likely need 3 men (or two very strong and agile men) to take it down 3 flights of stairs. it is not THAT heavy but large enough that you cannot navigate stairway turns). So at each turn you would need to lift it over he stairway rail and pass at least half the weight to someone waiting below.
PM me please. Can view before purchasing.
Not sure this is the exact model but it looks pretty close:

Re: Ellyptical Machine.
Just for giggles, can you post photos of it going downstairs? I recently had to move three small restaurant tables up three flights to our apartment, and it ended up being me and three local guys doing the spiderman removalist thing up the outside of the building.
Bodge: This ain't Kansas, and the neighbours ate Toto!
