Dill pickles for sale
Dill pickles for sale
Thought I would give it another go although I have failed miserably to sell anything on this board.
Tubs of dill pickles, whole and sliced, weighing between 1150-1180 grams (1.15kg-1.180 kgs). Some have been pickled a month now. 6$ a tub and free delivery to the riverside area after 5:30 pm.
All the dill used is grown on my rooftop or balcony....(see photos).
Currently have 40 tubs mainly pickled in Jan. of this year.

Have you tried to sell them to Russian expats?
They like to eat them with their vodka.

Re: Dill pickles for sale
Used the best local market garlic (2000 riel for 100 grams), kampot or kep salt, spicy Kratie black pepper and distilled white vinegar from Thailand....Cucumbers hand selected by me, washed by hand individually twice and rinced a third time...Dill seed from Thailand grown on my rooftop...washed 4 times...Cannot get a better dill pickle in Cambodia....Crisp pickles, not soft...refridgerated after pickling....The sliced are highly recommended (use the best biggest cucumbers)....35-40 grams of dill in every tub.

Re: Dill pickles for sale
@patcan , do you know the difference between traditional and kosher dill pickles?
I have to admit, I had to look it up too. Could be useful for your business if you could answer potential customers questions.

If you re pickling, why pigeonhole yourself with only one product? There's lots of food processing to be done methinks.

Re: Dill pickles for sale
By the way, my lady got me some bbq chicken the other day, and I had a pickle with them too. They were not bad, definitely pickles, and definitely a Khmer product.
