Condo for Sale

This is where you can buy and sell anything you want in Cambodia! There is no 'Craigslist Cambodia,' so this is the next best thing. Most items for sale are in Phnom Penh, but this is a buy and sell section for the whole country. Many expats and tourists have new and used items to sell, so anyone can list them here. CEO has no part in these sales, so buyers and sellers need to get in contact with each other themselves. You're always welcome to list items you're giving away for free, as we encourage the community to give when they can. Amazon and eBay ship select items to Cambodia, but you save time and money when you do things locally.

In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

F**k me...that's over USD2800 per sq/m (net)!!! Century 21 are really taking the piss aren't they!?!?

At least they were honest in declaring both the gross and net area, dodgy real estate agents normally just advertise the gross area but don't specify that it is the gross area.

What's the difference between gross and net area?
Scarier than malaria.

Basically....

Floor area (building) (FA) is a building, architecture, and real estate term referring to the amount of area (measured as square feet or square metres) taken up by a building or part of it. The ways of defining "floor area" depend on what factors of the building should or should not be included, such as external walls, internal walls, corridors, lift shafts, stairs, etc. Generally there are 3 major differences in measuring floor area.

Gross floor area (GFA) - The total floor area contained within the building measured to the external face of the external walls.
Gross internal area (GIA) - The floor area contained within the building measured to the internal face of the external walls.
Net internal area (NIA) (or usable floor area UFA) - The NIA is the GIA less the floor areas taken up by lobbies, enclosed machinery rooms on the roof, stairs and escalators, mechanical and electrical services, lifts, columns, toilet areas (other than in domestic property), ducts, and risers.
