Sound advice from genius about the chinese add accept don't pay someone use a translation app and very short sentences
Buy a Yamah Spark 114cc, this years model $1280 PI with ally wheels and front disc. I bought the carbed equivalent 5 years ago, excellent bike. Enough power, 4 stroke sohc engines are quite powerful for there size. I go in and out of Phnom Penh 60-70kph no problem and acceleration is good, of course you need to use the gears a bit.

It will be economical i guess but won't be as versatile , powerful, safe, comfortable or as cool as a Forza :hattip:

I find those type of scooters a bit cumbersome and not very "agile" when riding through traffic, as I am not using mine to carry cement, 114cc is adequate. If I wanted more power I would trade for the Yamaha exciter 150cc with twin discs, the new price is around $1900.

I think people don't understand how nice these are to ride. I have a 2013 Faze (250cc 4v), and it's miles ahead of even the PCX. I think Khmer are afraid of bigger bikes now though, I was offered an 07' Ducati something when shopping for my scooter I have now, and the lady said it had been sitting on her lot for a year and not one offer on it. She offered it to me for a huge discount but went with the Faze instead as I wanted an automatic.

Anyway, just putting in a good word for maxi scooters, they really are great on another level.

“Hi. I’m after a scooter”
“How about this Ducati?”
“Er, a SCOOTER”
“Big discount. No hit. Red.”
“Red you say...no, I need a scooter”

You are wrong about the agility the bike handles great and loves to lean the 250 SOHC engine is the perfect balance between performance and ease of maintenance with a lot more power than a 150. Having combined braking ABS disc brake system compared to just double disc is a world of difference especially in the rain.

Not being nasty but hoping that in 6 months time you still have this bike for sale. It looks an ideal small run around compared with the smaller engined bikes.

Very easy to drive just twist and go no shifting. Has front and back disk brakes with combined anti-lock brake system, combined means when you put on the rear brake a portion of the braking power goes to the front brake too. The Anti-lock Brake System is very safe for the wet roads we usually have here. Has large under seat storage and 2 storage boxes in the front dash area.
The Forza motor is a nice reliable liquid cooled design that is low stressed for a long engine life. The power output (19hp) is much lower than a 250cc dirt bike, but it is also going to last much longer because of this.
Engine: MF04E 249cc, 2-valve, 4-stroke, SOHC, liquid cooled single. It has been rebuilt less than 2 years ago and I have only put about 3-4000 kms ago, new rings, new carburetor, cylinder honed, replaced head, cam, new timing chain, new coil, new spark ignitor, new stator (generator), new starter clutch, new starter and valve job.
I was planning on riding this bike till the end but because of the new drivers license renewal procedure and my age 68 its too much of a hassle to go through going to PP and taking tests and all that BS every year so I'm going to get an electric bicycle to ride around town.
I just adjusted the valves, put in a new plug and a new drive belt. So it's good to go for another year without maintenance except an oil change, I always use synthetic oil and the air cleaner I have but didn't need replace now.

$1500. I have the registration card in the previous owner and plate no kind of extra fees I've had it for about 4 years

It's priced to sell quickly because it been a month since my license has expired and I'm tired of sitting around the house and the electric bike will take a month or two to get here. The bicycle I want is $2000. and the price is less than a used little Honda dream.

Here is a link to the complete service manual in PDF form and its free (http://49ccscoot.com/manuals/2001-2007_ ... Manual.pdf) it says Honda Reflex as that is the name used in the US market Forza name was used in Japan and Jazz was used in Europe It shows all the inner workings and how to fix any problem.

not the best looking as I had not got around to the making it pretty stage yet was going to paint it but...

In the USA, that model is called the Honda Reflex NSS250A. I have one now, a 2001, same model. I love it. I have the same ABS model too. It's more moto than is needed for everyday use in the Kingdom though. Longer wheel base and less maneuverable in city traffic than the 110 and 125 cc motos most everyone has. My daily ride was a Honda Wave 100 I bought new.

You may have a Reflex back home but you haven't ridden it here as what you say is not true. I use its K-modded speed as much the brakes to avoid sticky situations in the traffic. Also these bikes love to lean and with much wider tires it will take corners better than any wave. The disc brakes front and back with ABS are much better on wet road conditions. I have brakes hard in traffic where there are waves/dreams and they are sliding and can't stop as quickly even though the are lighter.
