Do you need a lawyer?

Have questions or resources regarding Khmer Culture? This forum is all about the Kingdom of Cambodia's culture. Khmer language, Cambodian weddings, French influence, Cambodian architecture, Cambodian politics, Khmer customs, etc? This is the place. Living in Cambodia can cause you to experience a whole new level of culture shock, so feel free to talk about all things related to the Khmer people, and their traditions. And if you want something in Khmer script translated into English, you will probably find what you need.

Do you need a lawyer?

Post by mezmo1 »

Hello CEO community,

I operate a legal consultancy/referral service here in Cambodia.

http://www.firstlegalcambodia.com
(Be assured, we have a strict confidentiality and data protection policy, see website)

Before you look at the site, allow me to simplify our goal;

There are many issues to which you might find solutions by simply asking First Legal. Not all issues require a lawyer!

The lawyers which First Legal are networked with, will provide best service at reasonable cost. The volume of business that we supply avails preferential rates from said lawyers.

We employ consultants from England, France and Russia. We aim to continue expansion with more consultants from across Europe. Our consultants ensure complete understanding of procedure in your native language.

Don't be one of the hundreds of horror stories involving the wrong or incompetent legal advice.

Initial contact for advice and quotes are free!

Name a foreigner in Cambodia (other than B.S) who can legally practice law in Cambodia?

You'll find they are all advisers.

Please stop by, next to the tour agency, upstairs, be prepared to get wet. Not that way boy!

You say it like it's a bad thing.

I consider this to be a praiseworthy public announcement.

Thx, Mezmo

I've asked this before long ago on another site without an answer.

Instead of requiring the penultimate services of a lawyer, could a visitor establish a connection to avoid shake downs and other nasty inconveniences?

A business card of a proper heavy weight gent with a note on the back saying, "This fella is under my care and protection".

I'm not talking about murder, but general shit.

If so, how much? Perhaps your own card, if needed, would be suitable.

There is no fallacy here. You need legal advice from a lawyer that simply doesn't walk away with your fee, you are free to ask our service to provide that lawyer.

I know many lawyers well. They have practice strengths and weaknesses. I can steer you well clear or direct you confidently depending on your situation. You will save money if you have chosen wisely in the first place.

Of course there are many that will not need any form of legal advice whilst living here. Those people may go about their lives without my assistance, I am sure.

Do you have any protection package in place, nominee agreement, for example?

Would much prefer to discuss via email. PM sent!

You are more than free to compare our fees publicly!
