Handling of specs

Have questions or resources regarding Khmer Culture? This forum is all about the Kingdom of Cambodia's culture. Khmer language, Cambodian weddings, French influence, Cambodian architecture, Cambodian politics, Khmer customs, etc? This is the place. Living in Cambodia can cause you to experience a whole new level of culture shock, so feel free to talk about all things related to the Khmer people, and their traditions. And if you want something in Khmer script translated into English, you will probably find what you need.

I was specifically referring to Hanno's comment.

How you perceive the overall tenor of the forum to be is another kettle of fish.

I personally didn't have a problem with your post and would have been curious to read replies.

Hanno was just being cheeky. You've got to expect a certain amount of good natured ribbing around here. It'd be kinda dull without it, to be honest.

Ironic as the OP rarely posts anything other than negativity and hate for locals.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

Any non prescription (as in not those fake idiotic glasses) wearer will do it, plus put their fingers all over the lenses.

If you paid a little bit more (Hoya, Zeiss) then they wouldn’t get scratched.

Moral of the story; if your glasses aren’t on your face keep them in your case.

Or wear contacts.

I recently started wearing glassess, well lets say the last 5 years.

I hate how easily they get smirched. It is a forever struggle not to have dirty glasses. If someone touches them even a bit, its a smirch. You cant wipe it off, it just smears it worse.

I have just recently learned how to finally manage my glasses at night, when I put them bedside, so that, when I reach for them in the night, I don't get smegma on them. Its a bit of an effort, but it's a 50% improvement.

Now if my Grandkids can just stop touching them or putting their faces on them, I am all set. :P

Poster whose primary topics revolve around the ignorance of Cambodians and their illogical ways is crying about too much negativity in CEO threads?

probably best option is don't be a lazy sod and put your own glasses in the case, or on a chain round your neck.
alternatively pay out fro some classy glass lenses or scratch rsistant plastic ones. Standard plastic is a waste of money in cambodia. gets sandblasted by all the dust and grit and bits of diesel coke.
