The main nightlife areas in Phnom Penh are on Street 136, Street 130, Street 110 and Street 51, but there are other party spots that aren't girlie bars where expats, tourists, and locals drink until the sun comes up. Is it in the building were before was Park cafe, really on the corner opposite of Smile-market ?? On google-maps its situated next to Shenanigans, and i remeber in 18 they just opened one of those korean-seoul-soup-restaurants overthere ?? Any-one ever tried Ivys, because i even knever heard about it !! ??

It is half of the former Shenanigans, which is called something different like "The Irish Bar" now. I went past there today, it's on st 13 and not on any corner - it's in the middle of the block.
