This is the part of the forum where we discuss Cambodia's nightlife! While most bars, nightclubs, pubs, beer gardens, and hostess bars are in Phnom Penh, we discuss the Cambodian nightlife across all of Cambodia, including Siem Reap, Kampot, and Sihanoukville. The main nightlife areas in Phnom Penh are on Street 136, Street 130, Street 110 and Street 51, but there are other party spots that aren't girlie bars where expats, tourists, and locals drink until the sun comes up. Kind of ... not. The way this was done is that anyone could use any persons name and start a thread like this. Its pretty obvious a person wouldnt use their own name, especially if its about a controversial subject, and worse, if they have a criminal record already, least of which for underaged sex crimes.

May as well make a thread about every person in the world.

IMO the OP should be permabanned and the thread closed to send a clear message that this is not a pedo forum. It's most likely someone stirring up shit, but all the more reason to ban him. Send a signal.

Yeah, right, so you're implying every person in the world is a paedo? This is not defamation: he has a criminal record for the offence we are discussing. And now he is asking about a known paedo hangout. In which weird thread of logic has he been wronged?

Sometimes it helps to read the article. He was 17, which hardly makes him a kid anymore.
