rules tighter about girls in hotel rooms?

This is the part of the forum where we discuss Cambodia's nightlife! While most bars, nightclubs, pubs, beer gardens, and hostess bars are in Phnom Penh, we discuss the Cambodian nightlife across all of Cambodia, including Siem Reap, Kampot, and Sihanoukville. The main nightlife areas in Phnom Penh are on Street 136, Street 130, Street 110 and Street 51, but there are other party spots that aren't girlie bars where expats, tourists, and locals drink until the sun comes up. My owner said he can get shut down, although a don't believe that.
I think he does not like the look of girl I wanted because like all hotel owners, he judges a book by its cover.
She's at least 20.

But I have quered hotels to the left and right of this one and they are "flexible".
When I need advice about life, I just check in here.

As always in Cambodia some enforce the rules for a while, but most won't care.

Are they the wives of the ultra rich, have every known surgery job in Phnom Penh, now have bodies of porn stars and faces of supermodels, looking for some foreigner to spend the night with? And not bringing ID with them so their husbands and families have no idea who they are spending bed time with?

Not at all. He means low-life skanks without ID. Better for him is not what your good self or I would necessarily term better. 8)

often times girls borrow IDs from co-workers to go back to hotels.
I knew a girl who was staying with me Riverside and she got back to her place the next day and the hotel gave her the ID of another girl....She knew her and was able to make a trade.
No excuse to be taking a girl without an ID...
it is a red flag...
you are already taking a chance..
the girl leaving her ID PROTECTS YOU..
A lot of hotels will call you and make sure it is ok to give it back to the girl when she leaves.
