^^^^^ haha I think it actually got to open for 1 night before the hostess bars were ordered to shut down. Doesn't the front remind you of the green, green grass of home...but, I can see a lot of punters tripping on that front step rushing to get in..

Why would the panel on the RH side be red, but the one on the LH side only a red light at the top and shelves below. I dont think the decor has been finished.

Yes, the plot thickens... same owner as ex Candy bar on 136 (now re-named Top 136) and he shares the signs with Billionnaire bar it seems

Same owner as Ostro restaurant on 136 (next Top 136) and Ostro Hotel on 130 (opposite Billionaire bar) I believe.

shit..i thought i had my first cambodian truffle client with the opening of the Billionaires..but truffles dont go to places where the beer costs 50 cents only unfortunately.
