Have you ever refused to pay for a lady drink you ordered?

This is the part of the forum where we discuss Cambodia's nightlife! While most bars, nightclubs, pubs, beer gardens, and hostess bars are in Phnom Penh, we discuss the Cambodian nightlife across all of Cambodia, including Siem Reap, Kampot, and Sihanoukville. The main nightlife areas in Phnom Penh are on Street 136, Street 130, Street 110 and Street 51, but there are other party spots that aren't girlie bars where expats, tourists, and locals drink until the sun comes up. Feel free to post specials and promotions that relate to nighttime fun!

I would just pay it. I'd be too embarassed not to. It's only a few bucks anyway. If drinks over $10 or something, it'd be a different story.

Couldn't you just defer it?

I mean she's busy, but the drink is there.

Ask them to keep the drink, and next time you come in, if she's free and spends time with you, you'll pay.

Yea, I need to come up with a 'respectable scam', iow, something that can be whitewashed to 'look' legitimate.

I was thinking of voluntourism or maybe medical tourism. I know they're both sleazy, but, well, I know a few people that think they're respectable, and well...what do you think, logos?

You have far more business experience than I do, I don't know about this though, perhaps you would be kind enough to refer me to someone.

Could it work?

(Promise to put in a good word with Snow White for you.)

You have to pay for the drink. You ordered it and they poured it. Do you expect them to pour it back into the bottle ? Feel free to drink it yourself or re-gift it though.

This.

I'd feel like a right jerk if I did that. Or should I say even more of a jerk than I would for the fact that I bought the drink in the first place;-)
