New bar opening in Sihanoukville - Glory Hole

This is the part of the forum where we discuss Cambodia's nightlife! While most bars, nightclubs, pubs, beer gardens, and hostess bars are in Phnom Penh, we discuss the Cambodian nightlife across all of Cambodia, including Siem Reap, Kampot, and Sihanoukville. The main nightlife areas in Phnom Penh are on Street 136, Street 130, Street 110 and Street 51, but there are other party spots that aren't girlie bars where expats, tourists, and locals drink until the sun comes up. Feel free to post specials and promotions that relate to nighttime fun!

No dickhead, it's not like any of the other bars in the square...can't you read!?

And the only people making a fuss are the people enjoying going there, hence knowing what the fuck they're talking about...unlike yourself and your shitty fuckin comments...

Cheers

If an establishment is to be advertised in this way on a forum site, you may have hoped for all good reviews, but you should expect a little criticism in the way of bad nature too.
EDC I don't know if you are a customer of the bar or a co-owner. I would hope not the latter, being angry will not help you gain customers.
It's not easy to run a bar in Cambodia, you will need a good level of clientele, I suppose that also goes for anywhere in the world.
Has for operating in the square, there is so much competition. Also most of the bars there are Khmer run and owned, so the barang bar is already on the back foot.
I may also be naïve, because I don't understand the nature of the bar to make it any different from the many other bars.
Always "hope" but never "expect".

Bangkokhooker has covered most of your good points.
Maybe the bar is in the wrong place for what the owners are trying to achieve.
You have quoted cheapest beer on the square! Not if the Khmer owners would like to drop their price. The glory Hole would never compete against a Khmer price. The barang could never by stock at their price. Plus they at this time may just be tolerating your bars good nature.
The Square is a place to go and find company, and a good lady for most.
Always "hope" but never "expect".

I have been to bars in Phnom Penh where the owner stated that the customer will not be hassled for lady drinks. And yes, I was hassled. I tend to take that statement with a large grain of salt.

Who said none of the owners have run bars ?? That's absolute rubbish - one has run bars in the square and others have run hotels, restaurants and bars.

You're allowed to hate the place as much as you like - even without ever seeing it.

If it's not your cup of tea then so be it - but please don't slam something you've not experienced personally.
