It makes a lot of sense to do this. As I have more experiences, I think it's best to be straightforward to: save time, avoid getting stuck with a girl I don't want, avoid spending money unnecessarily. Perhaps this is what the manager would want anyway?

Like the cautious query in the gender debate; what are the other options? I’m deliberately ignoring the female pretender profiles/occasional trolls of indeterminate orientation, etc

The expat population is mostly made up of males, so you are going to get more males joining and posting in these forums. And when the forum has a majority of males already it plays into the topics and discussions being more friendly to that population, resulting in an even more extreme male/female ratio as women are less inclined to participate. I don't think there is much to do about it, just a natural result.

Agreed. I been on many different forums for different topics, Women not really interested into forums per se. Most of the places you will see women are around dating sites like Tinder, Hinge and the like. After many years being around gaming forums, women dont like starting a conversation with a total stranger online. After being in Cambodia for awhile it doesn't seem that women interested into online activities at all. It makes sense that expat community is mostly males.

When women do go online it would be nothing that would interest in male activities, unless your interested what purse she wants to buy, or what female clothing she wants, lol.
