The main nightlife areas in Phnom Penh are on Street 136, Street 130, Street 110 and Street 51, but there are other party spots that aren't girlie bars where expats, tourists, and locals drink until the sun comes up. Huxley didn't own Candy, he owned Huxley's. After Huxley's closed Candy Bar moved there but I think they moved back to their old premises a few doors down quite a while back.

There is something dodgy about the building that Candy is in. It cannot be habitated upstairs due to non permitted additional floors.

That would cover many many places that have been built on top of the roofs of buildings in PP
