I've seen this restaurant before some time ago.

Does the +3+3 revewal deal meal you pay the 50000 dollars every time you renew?

And does the deposit get paid back?

At the end of the lease can u sell the business again or do you lose the initial 50000?

It all seems pointless to me as a kjmer can pay 20000 and just own the building outright but a barang has to seek with deposits , rent and a bullshit amount of money just to lease the business for 4/years and it's still not there's.

Sounds like a completely stupid and uncivilised wat to buy and a good sneaky scammy way to sell.

Buy cheap and sell dear is how they work it in the trades chap.
However if one is a wage slave for paltry reward there is very little point in giving tips or breaking it down as you put it.

Still doesn't make any sense.

If I buy this property for 50000 can I sell it or when the lease is over in 4 years I just lose it or can I sell it again?

It's unclear of how business works in Cambodia .

I suspect noone on hear actually knows or they just pretend.

BTW I'm working for appox 23 USD per hour nowadays not 1 USD like before and if I did open a business in Cambodia I would pay khmers way better than these scammers on here pay .

Slaving people away at 3 USD for 16 hours a day.
