Rusty 2 for sale in Kampot. Situated opposite the 2000 monument.Its a semi open air place with loads of space. Seating for well over 30,with space for more. Nice,long,solid wood bar. The place has a sports theme,so there are two big screen TV's,with three satellite's,showing just about every sport you could wish for. Pool table,darts board,BBQ. We also have a fantastic pizza oven,which can cook up to six pizza at a time,and is perfect for baking or roasting just about anything. All the other kitchen stuff is included,along with a dough mixer. Their is a sound system,with laptop and external hard drive with plenty of music on it,plus all the cabling for hooking up a laptop to the TV and sound system,for showing you tube etc.
There is one room which can be used for staying in,but we use it as storage currently.
The staff of 4 would all be staying on,who are two kitchen,one front,one night guard.
We are 9 months into a 7 year contract,with rent at 300 per month,for first 3 years,then 350 for 2 years,then 400 for 2 years. We put a 600 usd(2 month deposit down).The owners,who live just behind the building,are very easy going and helpful.
We would pass on all of our contacts for supplies from here and PP and i would be willing to help a new owner bed in for a couple of weeks,free of charge.
As some of you know,we also have the original Rusty Keyhole here in Kampot. Owning and running both places has been tricky,especially now our kids are such fun to be with,as i make all the specials for both places,do the sports schedules,etc,etc.
We are asking for 15,000usd ono without the Rusty2 name,or if a new owner would like to keep the name,we would ask 5000 usd more.
We have kept books from day 1,and the place has made a modest profit. It could do better with a motivated person at the helm,i must admit.
We are open to sensible offers.

I was there Saturday night watching the Tour de France. Your wife took me there from RK1 as I couldn't find it! The Kung Pao chicken (special) was tasty, beers cold, and the staff very attentive. I met a couple of characters and ended up drinking far more than I wanted to!
I haven't met you yet Kris, but will try to find you next time I'm in town. (I cycle down at least once a month.)
