Wow..thats about 200K for a ha for land that is at risk to be eaten away by future floods?????

In Italy some of the best farming plots are available at 30K per ha..and you get yearly EU subsidies for whatever you plant. Cambodia has gone definitely crazy with land prices...are you connected to the magic offers of basta binci?

$17 per sq seems ok to me when in town it’s $200+ and $400+ in SHVville.

I thought Laurent Vallier's house was in Kampong Speu?

$17 per sq seems ok to me when in town it’s $200+ and $400+ in SHVville.

And $7750 per sq meter along Mao Tse Tung.

Laurent lived on the river in Kampot for about 10 years before moving to K. Speu. He was murdered shortly afterwards, in KS.

I bought my first kakaks of him in Kampot.
Looks like just the set up, and the location as pictured here.^^.
lovely trad house, lovely soft wife, happy bright kids, pet macaque. He was content.
He always talked about problems with his grasping inlaws tho.

Back to topic.
That really is a peaceful stretch of riverbank. The agricultural posibiluties look excellent.
If you were looking for this kind of thing, and 10k's out of Kampot was ok - i reckon this place is a steal.

Recently I’ve seen $3500 to $4500 per sq in SHV.
Seems things are hotting up again...or the dreamers are back.
