Malina Bar for sale: $2,500, Victory Hill, Sihanoukville

If you are looking for a business to buy in Cambodia, you've come to the right place! This is a section where owners can post their businesses for sale and where others in the community can ask questions about starting a business here. Foreigners can own 100% of a business here in Cambodia, and it's a pretty simple process to buy or sell, whether it's a bar, restaurant, hotel, or anything else. Have questions about what paperwork is needed for your company? Ask away. Curious if the expat bar on Street 136 selling for $100,000 is a good deal? Start a discussion on CEO and we'll let you know what we think.

I dont know what you would expect for $2500, but i believe some guys spend about that much on drinks in one night. Just make shure you tab does not get to $2500 or you could find you are buying a bar and not paying for your drinks.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

The bar was on the main road, next door to the art bar, opposite from Johny Leap.
It was bought by an older russian that refurbished but never opened it and tried to sell it for a profit during the all year to no avail.
It is now rented again to some mainland Chinese that opened a restaurant.

Today's last price is only 50% of the last price from 4 days ago.

I think she just rephrased it: $2500 (plus refundable deposit of $2400) =$4900
