I had a good hard look at this one as I go there every day when in town. I looked at the books and the price is pretty fair given the profit it makes.

The place is much busier than when Greg had it, especially at nights and the rooms are over 85% full year round.

Unfortunately I decided that I do not want to run a bar type business anymore.

Doubtlessly due to an overstock of Gloryhole tee-shirts.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

I would assume Lone Star is profitable. People say 'they have a bunch of regulars' like it's somehow a bad thing.

I think the new owner did very well with the place if you ask me. I was a bit worried the first time I went in there after he took over, but he's managed to keep the food up to good standards, and even added a few new items that are great. It always seems like it has occupants staying in the rooms, who I often meet, as they seem to also eat and drink there.

I'm sure buyers and even tire kickers would love to get the sales price down to as close to ZERO as possible, but I'd be curious to know what they would think it's worth. I love the food there, and have always thought the prices are exactly what they should be. Too expensive, and I'd imagine they wouldn't have that many regulars. Too cheap, and I seriously doubt they would be able to keep up the quality they have.

And you can't beat the unlimited coffee refills! :beer1:

Oh Brody, you are so......

It is not up to me to advise why it is for sale but reasons are logical and asking price a starting point I would think like any advertised business for sale.

Respond to Ronnie and ask him to see the books if you are interested.

Firstly the price is $69 000, 7 lease year, rent only $900 a month.
The reason i have put the Lonestar up for sale is that i been offered a job too good to refuse, my background is casino's.
I have been offered a job as General Manager/Casino Manager of a 5 Star Casino Resort overseas.
The Lonestar is a very profitable business, if i do not sell it before i go, will put a manager in and run it the way i run it.
Any serious buyers, can message me on this forum, or if u in town, come in and see me.
