much more cogent comment than the savant like numerics usually seen.
this is a business of fairly long standing and very high penetration.
I believe it is successful.
if the price was set around 8 months of net, it would sell quickly.
of course, the 4 months of work needed should also be counted as an expense when calculating the net.

having run a few magazines here in Phuket it might be a good deal'
easy enough to verify, just ask for the next years contracts
surely beats running a bar and relying on locals to show up and work

i have seen lots of worse deals than this.
it has loads of potential to expand- which the vendor significantly does not mention- which leads me to believe he or she is on the level

There are NO good maps of Siem Reap.

One is needed which shows all hotels, guest houses, restaurants and so on.

Most available maps are compiled by people who include places which pay to be on the map and omit
those which did not pay to appear ... and online information is very often way out of date.

Places like restaurants move, change hands and change names and - sadly - go out of business.
