Cafe for sale near Royal Palace and National Museum

If you are looking for a business to buy in Cambodia, you've come to the right place! This is a section where owners can post their businesses for sale and where others in the community can ask questions about starting a business here. Foreigners can own 100% of a business here in Cambodia, and it's a pretty simple process to buy or sell, whether it's a bar, restaurant, hotel, or anything else. Have questions about what paperwork is needed for your company? Ask away. Curious if the expat bar on Street 136 selling for $100,000 is a good deal? Start a discussion on CEO and we'll let you know what we think.

It's Q Coffee House. And we have customers. Just not quite enough! It's been gradually improving since we opened, but we have to go back to Australia.

We're making a profit, and our sales keep increasing even though we have severely neglected the business due to to a rapidly growing family and health problems. We've spent most of the time since it opened out of the country!
Anyway it's a good foundation. I don't want to give it up but I really have to go home.

It looks a lot bigger than 30 sq m, and is certainly a lot cleaner and with newer equipment than one could expect for the price.
Good luck with your sale.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Thank you Sir Duncan.
It is 30 metres long and 3-4 metres wide, with two mezzanines so not 30sqm!

That's a few fair price in my (professional) opinion, and the rent is reasonable too.
Good luck with the sale.
