Maybe I am missing something,but the figures don't seem to add up.How is $5000 a month for 12,000 m2 a rent of 25c per m2 ,it would need to be $3000 a month to equate to that rent per m2

Beachfront land. There is nothing between the land and the sea. It is a beach resort
The land has 30 meters beachfrontage, 400 meters is the side directed opposite to the sea.

Price can negotiate down to $3000 per month

Has anybody ever tried subleasing individual bungalows to more permanent residents in small resorts like this?
If so, what rent could you ask for one?

I did it in Sok San Beach after corona. I was full but after the rains started hard, it was hard. I was charging 200-300 for concrete rooms.

That's a good idea. A little community of expats all sharing the expenses. Their own private bar and cooking facilities.
