Bar for sale

If you are looking for a business to buy in Cambodia, you've come to the right place! This is a section where owners can post their businesses for sale and where others in the community can ask questions about starting a business here. Foreigners can own 100% of a business here in Cambodia, and it's a pretty simple process to buy or sell, whether it's a bar, restaurant, hotel, or anything else. Have questions about what paperwork is needed for your company? Ask away. Curious if the expat bar on Street 136 selling for $100,000 is a good deal? Start a discussion on CEO and we'll let you know what we think.

Is this the methlab? If so, does it include the equipment to cook, and the necessary police protection to continue?

Another hopeful selling a business for 2-3 times what it's worth. Good to see nothing changes in Phnom Penh.

Yes, well,

I don't see too many patrons, unless you include the same girls in most of the pictures, 2 elderly gentleman in one picture and another bloke dressed up in a 'Santa's costume in another separate picture; facebook has 1 vote of 5 out of 5.

mmmmmmmm; internet page not completed, or domain name only registered (I registered 3 domain names for $128 - not much of an asset unless those web pages are actually 'working' for you) so I wouldn't call that an asset to the business per se.

Conclusions to be drawn......
