Thai bank in Cambodia ?

Post by KickingWithRedLabel »

Is there a Thai bank in Cambodia available for westerners to open an account?
And if so, can the same account be utilized in Thailand without additional fees or restrictions?

Thank you

I’ve seen one branch of SCB here but don’t know anyone who uses it so don’t know any details.

Try

www.Bangkokbank.com/Cambodia

www.scb.co.th/ccb

Or krungthai bank and www.Kasikorn bank.com.kh
Everyone is equal. Everyone has a place. No one is written off, because there is worth and goodness in every life... That is the Republican ideal. And if we won't defend it, who will?

Yes, I looked at that as I have seen it many times opposite Canadia Tower, seems to be business accounts only, and also it seems to be a separate company that is actually named CCB.

Thanks to all for the responses.
I found Kasikorn Bank across from Luckys market.
Although they are a Thai bank, they treat this local branch as a separate institution.
