What will happen to the old highway 4, fall into further disrepair or for use of HGV and slower stuff or those that can't afford the tolls?

whats the point? 1 khmner blocks 3 lanes anyway, trucks always sit on the outside and there will be a u turn every 50 metres. Firt the khmer have to lear to drive and obey traffic law or it will just be a high speed meat grinder
