I don't have a link or article for this yet... I just know a guy (as AiA would say) who is working on the deals being closed. A lot of them are apparently in the works, with the Cambodian gov't making a big push to internal investment to help wean itself off of the severe foreign investment addiction.

Should be exciting times in the near future.

Have they changed the rules then?
When it started the Koreans put in place rules to hinder IPO's. Things like the company must be in business for 3 years, and must be showing a profit of over US$300K for each year of business.
Actually I think they did this to stop the casino effect in most stock markets in communist countries, see HCMC and Shanghai.

That said, I bet they thought more than one company would have listed by now.
