I’ve seen sites that sell and export kratom from here to the U.S. but I’m not sure if it’s legal. I have friends in the U.S. that sell kratom in their head-shops and want me to send it to them and I have access to it here but I don’t know if it’s legal to export. Does anyone know?

It's legal if you follow the guidelines. Strangely Cambodia has 'export taxes' for some items, I wouldn't be surprised if original high quality kratoms were amongst them because resources to make them are relatively scarce.

Thanks for your reply, I don’t know what qualifies as original high quality, I only know that the kratom growing on my friends land has the same or very similar effects as the kratom I use to get in the U.S. which was imported from Thailand. I just don’t know where I can learn whether or not it’s legal to export or what rules are associated with shipping it.

If you have a legal Cambodian company I would start my research at the 'one stop office' in my town and ask for the rules there.
The chances of finding specific info on subjects like this online is very small I am afraid.

Having said that, I guess shipping a box full from your local post office won't be a problem. Large scale exports is a different league.

It's an office at your local provincial office where they support entrepreneurship with a single office.
Real life experience might be different from 'one stop' but if you're serious about doing business I would start there.
