An Architects dream .

A Builders problem .

A Restate Agents pastime.

An Investors nightmare.

An Owners bottomless pit.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

The architect must be an English southerner judging by the crop circles though there is a hint of Dubai'an.

Fluency in Chinese is required if you want to join the party so it seems.

It won't happen. God, these renderings always make it look amazing but it always ends up half-assed with a dusty road, poorly maintained canals and a bit of trash sprinkled everywhere. What I find weird is a lot of these boreys now have all this greenery in the renderings (so people have caught on that green spaces/trees are good) but the final product is always so far with one scraggly tree and a few bushes, alongside long, hot and dusty cement roads.

Does this look like a borey project? Do you advise us to make similar logical inference from another kind of experience? How many 200 Million+ projects have you seen the renders and reality didn't fit?

Many in Cambodia. Koh Pich for one (I still remember the Canadia Bank calenders from 12 years ago with very "imaginative" renderings at my work place), Bokor is another that comes to mind. Countless Phnom Penh projects as well (Grand Phnom Penh, multiple skyscrapers). I know you have a hard-on for the islands given you work as a real estate agent, but it's easy to see through the facade. I don't mind change personally, and I know all the islands will change one way or another, but they most definitely won't end up looking like those renderings. Let's come back in 5 years and look at them again...
