My Khmer Boss
Okay...so I'm the G.M of a very successful khmer business that is fairly new. We make a a good living but my khmer boss who is very bright and a great guy still thinks like a motodop sometimes. Now as I see he is making some tremendous mistakes in doing business with people from other countries.
How do I tell him that hes a moron and you might lose your business someday if you dont stop what it is you are doing?
I have written out some suggestions for him to consider but I worry he will not cause Khmer business men are NEVER wrong and no you may not tell them that they are.
Any suggestions!??!?!??!!?

I want to hear some vague examples...
"Life is too important to take seriously."
"Life does not cease to be funny when people die any more than it ceases to be serious when people laugh."

Re: My Khmer Boss
He makes ridiculous agreements that he cannot keep. Blames Hanoi and China for everything.
But I do instigate him in blaming China when we go to meet clients....Hey!! I gotta back the guy ya know? Lmfao
