yeah, and THAT is the bottom line, that and yer trees would get rustled bigtime, possibly by gov connected guys. Or you'd lose your lease a year before harvest, etc.

grafted fruit trees of good quality are exceptionally good value mostly around $3 or less.
rambutan, pulasan, lychee, longan only take 3 years to first crop if looked after.
lots of others in the 3 year category.
durian and mangosteen much longer- anywhere for 8 to 12, but have seen quicker when they are looked after real well.
