Founders of B.I.D Real Estate Agency Arrested For Fraud
Cambodia News (Koh Kong Province): Four major ringleaders of BID Real Estate Company were arrested last week on a warrant issued by the Koh Kong Provincial Court Investigating Judge.
The four major masterminds of B.I.D are:
First, the name is Ban Panha, male, 26 years old, the CEO of B.I.D.
Second, Phorn Tikea, male, 20 years old, is the Deputy General Director of B.I.D.
Third, Name: Ly Bun Raththy, Male, 28 years old
Fourth, the name is Jin Chhayya, male, 30 years old, a partner
The four masterminds were indicted by Deputy Prosecutor Un Sovantheany at the Koh Kong Provincial Court on February 2, 2021, on charges of "fraud". O Srey Sranos, Smach Meanchey Village, Sangkat Smach Meanchey, Khemarak Phoumin Municipality, Koh Kong Province, during February 2020 under Articles 377 and 380 of the Penal Code.
According to the facts of the case, during the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020, a group of individuals conspired with BID Director Pan Panha and Deputy Director General Phorn Ty Kea to seize land in the Tatai Wildlife Sanctuary Conservation Area by setting up a project to clear and fill the land in the form of subdivided plots of land for sale.
After collecting tens of thousands of dollars from buyers, this group of scammers escaped, and the victims of the fraud filed a lawsuit. The team are being held in custody by police.

"Materminds"? Hmmm, I think not.
They sold land they did not own to mugs who fell for it, and they smeared their own names and images all over the internet.
If I was a copper I would love villains as stupid as them.
