One of my relatives is working for a food company importing raw food from several countries to Europe.

He's asking me some more infos regarding Cambodia, sugar in particolar but eventually also rice and more, especially since there's no import duty tax on pretty much anything coming from Cambodia apart guns, a bilateral agreement signed between the EU and Cambodia years ago.

In short :

- how to find the biggest sugar producers in Cambodia
- how many containers they need as minimum order, etc etc
- will they ship from Sihanoukville port, and if yes will there any bribe to pay or other forms of corruption to take into account ?
- where can i gather all these infos, is there a Chamber of Commerce or a dedicated office for foreigners in PP ?
