Well, that's certainly a pain.
you don't seem to be a man of many words but do you care to expand? I'm interested in why it's a pain? Do you only have Cambodian bank accounts? Is it the transfer costs from your western account to cambo account that bothers you? There are ways around that or to at least limit the costs.

*edit: and if you're close to Kep or Kampot I don't mind buying or selling for you btw if it's difficult for you to find an exchange to satisfy your needs.

Good thing about cryptocurrency is that a lot of people want to buy it with cash, and vice versa

If you are an EU resident you can get a revolut card and buy and sell bitcoin instantly in the app. Available currencies GBP, USD, EUR Cannot transfer direct to a Cambodian bank account though, Cambodia is still on the naughty boys list. You can use a thai bank account in your name.

I only have a Cambodian bank account. While I appreciate the offer, I'm residing in Phnom Penh so I'm afraid I won't be able to take up on it.

Crypto Trading Without License Is 'Illegal,' Cambodian Regulators Say

Authorities in Cambodia have announced that domestic investors are now required to obtain a license in order to purchase, sell or trade cryptocurrencies – activities that would be otherwise regarded as illegal.

In a joint statement signed on May 11 and published on Tuesday, the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia and the General-Commissariat of National Police said that the decision was made after observing a growth in cryptocurrency trading in the country.

Suggesting that such activities "will cause potential risks to the publics [sic] and society as a whole,"

The statement further says that failure to obtain a license for the above activities "shall be penalized in accordance with applicable laws."

So far it isn't clear just what license needs to be applied for, or what would be required for a successful application, but the requirement is likely to present a notable barrier for investors.
