Senate adopts four draft laws

The Senate of Cambodia has adopted four significant draft laws in its 6th session of the 4th legislature held here at the Senate Palace this morning.

The session was presided over by Sim Ka, Acting President of Senate with the participation of 57 senators.

The four approved legal tools include the draft law on commercial gaming management composed of 12 chapters and 97 articles, the draft law on control, use and management of state property of 12 chapters and 90 articles, the three-article draft law on approval on Agreements between the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Government of Malaysia and between the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Government of the Republic of Korea on Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income, and the draft law on approval on ASEAN-Hong Kong, China Free Trade Agreement.
