There are ABA branches in almost all provincial capitals, also many smaller towns and they are branching out, they also have the largest network of ATMs in the country I believe.

No ABA in Koh Kong as an example

Opened acct. w/ABA on 03/03. Went to pick up ATM cards today & they tried to give me some one else's cards. Very insistent that they were mine. Totally different name although there were similarities. When I insisted & showed them pass book savings acct, passport, drivers license they still tried to convince me the ATM cards were mine.
Did not instill confidence.
