AM, when we arrived and were living at Murray's we were disgusted on a daily basis to walk down a slummy laneway and then be immediately confronted with a chandelier shop.

Khmer women are reluctant to shower before sex.

Cambodia - Attracts more expats with mental issues than other Asian countries. More fuck ups, false people , bores, drug addicts, fragile egos ,keyboard warriors, pretentious wannabes, anti social types and wannabe cyber bullies ( pre CEO) . No offence to the many decent expats of sound mind and attitude.

In my room!
Forget their names.

Seriously. I would have put it down to variance from a small sample, if so many others hadn't said so on other forums. And I should have said v Thai women. Thanks for making me aware of my own personal false stereotype. Even though all stereotypes are valid in the OP looking for opinions. To be clear - my comment was Thai women v Khmer women.

I try not to stereotype people.
Perhaps the fact that I already had a Khmer brother in law (who I respect immensely for his work ethic btw, he puts most barang men to shame with how hard he works to achieve his goals in life) and a 1/2 Khmer - 1/2 Ozzie niece made it easy for me in this particular case.
