There is a place in street 172, it's an Australian run place which is a barbers and a bar! I was told about it by an Aussie mate but I do not use it as I have finally found someone who can cut my hair correctly and consistently. It only took 20 months.

I don't know the name of the place or if it is still there as the new labour laws ban hairdressers and barbers as jobs for foreign workers (I think)

Maybe someone else can give you the name, otherwise take a wander down there. If you live miles away I can wander past and do a recce for you as it is very local to me.
I know of the guy and his wife. Pass. 172 is for tourists.

I'm not picky about my locks, am I?

Thank you, though. :hattip:
Expensive?

Do you see anywhere in the question where I ask for stupid responses? Try not to be a cunt.

I don't have any tolerance for you fucking trolls, so I'll just report your ass every time you answer with a stupid anything.

I couldn't tell ya, Angst. I tend to shy away from tourist areas. I did try to go to Space twice, to my chagrin. On the third time I was told to go to the place around the corner. Apparently they are not taking customers.

I'm still in search mode.

OP, did you try PP Expats fb page ? I'm sure you will get loads of stylists replying to you, ready to grant your every whim. Let us know when you find the chosen one.
What might be interesting to check out are the hair-dressing schools. You need to be brave, :head shot: but they are all supervised and some are run by NGO western hair-stylists. (Do a search, I'm sure I remember seeing that on the forum somewhere, New York stylists assisting the training of local women, and probably men too .)

I knew one who speaks the English pretty well and has received some training in the London and Seoul. Would have to ask my girlfriend though how to contact him. He does not run a shop, but you can send your driver to pick him up and receive a haircut in your own villa or apartment. I think he has worked for TV networks and/or film productions and has a full schedule with mostly hi-so clients and I thought some embassy staff, so not sure whether he would have time anyway. Also often abroad. He does not look stereotypical gay but I am not sure of his sexual orientation. Prices probably on par with European hairdressers. He did use pictures from professional magazines/websites as starting point to discuss styles with his customers and that apparently is also a no-go for you?
