Knowing the consequence for her, the girlfriend would not even try to order something that she couldn't finish, she even order less, then later order more if she is still hungry.
And what if they are full?

In another few months someone will be on here complaining that his girlfriend has gotten fat since they started dating.

Yes. Interesting sentence and I’d love to hear the answer to Rozzieoz’s question too.
Despite what angsta states, it’s clear from reading through his posts that angsta supports the free FreePalestine movement.

Was the food as good as the prices?

No, hence why I said don't bother
Hmm, I wondered if it was going to be shit or not. Moz at McGuinnesses said that the slopes wanted steak, the little yellow bastards, so presumably it's to cater for them. Sad. It could have been yuge. It's shit then. I've never even thought to ask what kind of food the missus wants. You hungry - Yes. Fancy X tonight? Somebody on some fucking website told me it was ok. I'm not really au fait with options, other than does it have chips for the boy? I went on a date with this fat girl who unfortunately smelled a bit, and she said she didn't want to eat, after a number of times me asking, eventually we got as far as a pub in the Farringdon area of town and I said to her, look there's a fantastic Japanese place just over there, should we grab some food. I'm hungry but you can eat snacks or something. She horsed down her food. The moral of the story being, chip up if you're hungry. But I wouldn't tell some bitch what to eat. If I go out to dinner I'm going to stuff my guts and you can have whatever you want off the menu. If your choice is shit I will tell you so, but you can still go ahead and order.

I think the point was that people should think about the size of the portions they order beforehand.

If you have ever worked in a restaurant, you will know just how much food gets wasted, not even taken home in a doggy bag.

Apart from the ethics (a billion people go to bed hungry every night) it's just common sense, yes? Don't waste food.

If I'm taking you out to dinner, you can eat a crumb or you can tuck in to some chow. I provide the media you chose the medium. If you're not hungry because you ate fuck all then fine. But I have no food rules, like it's fucking prison and you get bummed for your mashed potato.

We take left-overs home for lunches - I would never demand someone finish a meal, I’m their host not their mother!

i ordered one steak and 2 plates for them.
they were horrified at the huge lump of beef, but they managed to eat the lot.
And did they each give you half a shag afterwards in return for half a dinner? My gf would have insisted on a steak for gerself and what she didnt eat would go in a doggy bag to feed the family for a month:beer3:
