Get one of these printed and hang around your neck. Then go to the embassy with your tongue firmly clenched between your teeth so you cannot speak. Write everything you want to say on paper explaining that the neurological problem you are having is affecting your speech and hearing and you need a paper to carry with you on your way through the airport..
People in government etc, dont want to waste time writing everything on paper and dealing with a non speaking non hearing idiot. Believe me it works .

You could do what Phucket suggested, and buy a ticket and turn up at the airport. But make sure you can change the departure date for little or no money when you buy it just in case you get a refusal. If you do it this way, make sure you hsve a wad of dollars on you.

My mate had a five year overstay. After much mental stress he eventually went to immigi by the airport and they sorted it out for a smallish amount considering. Pm for more details, as it's probably best not to disclose this info on the board.

In Khmer. That may possibly help, but not as much as a few dollars would. Both is likely best.

This and request airport assistance. My mum, 70, who occasionally uses a stick to walk always gets wheelchaired through everything. She had her main suitcase hald full of baccy and cigarettes when she flew home this year. No one batted an eye as they wheeled her through customs.

Yep, you're an idiot.

You said you can get the money to pay for your overstay, so get the money and go pay your overstay fine when departing through immigration.

They may refuse you because you'll need an exit visa, so be sure to purchase a ticket which can be easily changed as you may have to wait 2-3 days to get your exit visa.
