SC...check out some of the sporting goods stores along Monivong, I remember one of them had a ping pong table at one stage. The shop spaces are rather small though, so if they don't have any on display, just ask, I'm sure even if they don't have they can get...or at least point you in the right direction.

Maybe also try IBC on Sihanouk.

I've been keeping an eye on those sports stores as we crawl along in the traffic, nothing so far but they'd possibly be tucked further back. Showing pictures on the phone always seems to help.

Trying to avoid Aeon fur as long as possible, but will resort to it if necessary.
