Just to be clear; It is entirely possible to fly from Cambodia to England at the moment. It involves going a longer than ideal route (PP to Taipei or South Korea, then from there to England) but it can be done in under 30 hours. They are not stuck here, they are choosing to stay.

Actually, a new route has now opened via Singapore . Much cheaper and 17 hours. Click on the link for the details
