A few weeks ago I sent some money, and the receiver picked up dollars. It wasn't displayed on the first screen, but further into the process, you could choose between riel and dollars.
It changed yesterday apparently, i looked on worldremit site and it has in red no dollars now and the option to choose has gone
I have sent to myself it worked out only $5 fee so was cheaper than ATM and exchange rate pretty good.
