I came across a thread on a Thailand forum where a lot of different expats were bashing Cambodia

I heard this recently and was curious if anyone could shed some light on this.

Basically they are saying that people who didn't like Thailand and are not as good of people go to Cambodia to live as a "last resort". "The quality of people that go to Cambodia were less than that of Thailand" They also said Cambodia is where all of the dropouts from Thailand go. I think they mean for people who don't like Thailand and are at their wits end basically. Is there any validity to any of this?

Personally i like Cambodia better than Thailand by a lot more minus the metro all around the city and normal beautiful women walking around.

Thoughts?

Cambodia and expats in Cambodia are obviously far superior. everybody knows that.

That's all they do on those Thailand boards is bash everything. I dare say that the majority of r the people posting on message boards about their lives in foreign countries are unhappy. their unhappiness causes them to do o nothing but complain. It's truly pathetic.

Cambodia, like Thailand and everything else, has its good and bad points.

Cambodia has the very lax immigration rules and many men move from Thailand because they cannot legally stay there. To get the long term visa, Thailand requires proof of stable job or large savings in the bank.

or theyre just really sick of the excessive hoops compared to cambodia

Soft people go to Thailand so they can get 7/11, AC, supermarkets, western amenities and so on. Hard people go to Cambodia.

It is a scientifically proven fact that both Cambodia and expats in Cambodia consistently rank at the very highest levels.
