Tramadol is one such non-narcotic medication that's often prescribed as an alternative to opiate painkillers.

Thanks Rozz, I can breathe now and stopped spitting out blood. Best of all I can sleep. It could have been a lot worse.

"...tuk tuk drivers were offering me opium earlier down near 136, that might help..."

Even if they did have real opium it would not help much. Opium is much less potent by itself than even Tramadol and much less than vicodin=hydrocodone+acetominophen . That is unless you break the opium down and separate out the morphine.
And hash or pot will just make the pain worse if anything.

Is that your cat by the way ? It is quite attractive. Anyway perhaps you may be the one to ask. In Phnom Penh i have tried many pharmacies including of course the main Pharmacie De La GAre which is the one who told me the government has legislated that Ketamine can only be used in the hospital, but only found one that sold Ketamine but at too high of a price.
Do you know any other pharmacy that sells it other than Angor Chey ? Also how about MDMA ?
Certainly don't want to have to try and buy off some local on the street which is most likely somewhat of(or complete) rip off, not the real thing or at best quite impure.

Opium by itself is a great pain killer ? Could be for you anyway. But just reading how many other things it contains many substances in quite abundance of which do nothing for pain by themselves I would have thought not though I cuold be wrong. Anyway perhaps you may know where else besides Angor Chey in PP can I get Ketamine as was too expensive there(not that i didn't splurge anyway and buy some). And what about MDMA ? Someone on some other forum nothing to do with Cambodia said in the provinces can get more usual unlawful things in most countries than in Phnom Penh though according atleast in the province where this original poster was seems not to be true.
