Where to buy in Siem Reap help

Post by Bong Kri »

Hi guys,

Recently moved to Siem Reap and im finding that things aren’t as easy to find here vs PP.

Does anyone know where I can get cheap rattan furniture?

A piece of sheet wood and get it cut to size?

Many thanks ☺️

This was the kind of place I was looking for thank you.

One last one for you, protein powder? I’ve seen it at the gyms and Angkor Mart, is it sold anywhere else?

Many thanks 🙏

Most of these protein powders contain quite some amount of added sugars which might have the opposite effect you are looking for. Also they are costly per serving.

Stick to fruits of which following are high on proteins ;
guavas, avocados, apricots, kiwifruit, blackberries, oranges, bananas, cantaloupe, raspberries, and peaches.

High protein foods include lean chicken, lean pork, fish, lean beef, tofu, beans, lentils, low-fat yogurt, milk, cheese, seeds, nuts, and eggs.

If you are a vegan person ; tofu, beans, lentils, soymilk, green peas, nuts, seeds, whole grains, peanut butter, spinach, sweet corn, and mushrooms.

If you are fast food junkie, you are in luck ; everything on the menu is high on protein.

In a nutshell : I have no idea where to buy in SR.

Good luck.
