Thanks for the info. I had that suspicion when I saw these well-packed pepper sets. I need to find it in PP or perhaps in SR from where I fly out. Any idea?

There should be decent pepper around cos the restaurants use good pepper for the Pho and I dont see them paying that much. Maybe I ask my Pho pusher tomorrow morning and report back.
