Same as Thailand. Bought mine at a shop on Kampuchea Krom. One year warranty, genuine Windows (but no office).

I got my Asus laptop from BCS on Kampuchea Krom about three years ago, good shop. I got 5 years warranty on parts and 4 on labour.

You never "got" anythng, you paid for the warranty on parts and labour. Jeez. So, how much extra did you pay for the extended warranty. Boxed with the manufacturer's 1 year warranty?

For what it's worth, I'm going to shred the drive on one of my laptops and reinstall an OS, and then sell it, after I get there of course.

Your choice on the OS; windows, linux, openbsd, tails.

It's an Asus. Just sayin' :hattip:
