Best place to be at the moment though some don't care others have you drinking out of coffee mugs , takeout in black plastic, I love ordering another cup of tea

I haven't had the slightest problem buying beer over the past few weeks. The shopkeeper puts it in a black plastic bag and she knows I'll just be drinking it at home and not having a party.

The Cambodia Beer depot in Sisophon might sell you some. I also received reports about the Angkor Beer depot in Stueng Treng still selling. :hattip:
Thank you. I am afraid to try this science experiment. Yes, it is supposed to ooze like this,Image
Wow, that looks interesting. What was it supposed to be?
It's an American Youtube guy who has a brewery channel. 1 liter grape juice,1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon bread yeast. Cap half on.....leave for 8- 10 days. Filter it, ice it and you have.......let you know tomorrow. It's not supposed to taste good and I will try a half a glass and wait a day. If anything I am out 5 bucks. :stir: I am in TTP BTW..... All of my local mom and pops store will not sell me one can of beer.
Let us know how you get on. I don't think it's a good time to call an ambulance.

What's the point if it isn't supposed to taste good? It won't taste good because it is your first attempt, or even if you do it properly it won't taste good?

Is it just for fun or to make sure to have some form of alcohol to ingest?

Looking at that stuff in the Coke bottle we are more likely to receive a Vale message followed by a Post Mortem report than tasting notes for a fine drop of grog.

Maybe this is a good time to think about your alcoholism and what to do about it? Not saying this disparagingly, but if you're getting the sweats at the very thought of running out of beer and you've resorted to making homemade booze in a coke bottle, perhaps it's time to reevaluate your life and seek help?

This reminds me of this segment from Naked and Afraid, where two of the contestants made "jungle hooch" from coconut water and yeast:

Ditto. As well as visiting a couple discreet spots when I have to get away from the kids for a couple hours.

You live in a country/town that has something called "beer yoga" and a tuk tuk that delivers pitchers of craft beer to your condo. Neither of which I have done. The next time you would like to judge/give advice to someone you don't know, please try this. Write your suggestion on a piece of paper and put it on your desk at home. Then the next day, roll it up in a ball and throw it in the garbage bin. This was a bit of fun with juice, sugar and yeast. And to the rest of you Nancy boy worry folks, it tasted like those crappy Spy Cherry wine coolers.

I like Cambodia Beer because it doesn't taste bad, it's cheap and you can have a few or 5 and not get really buzzed. I do have one problem and I am going to stop IT right now. Asking this or any other non-professional forum a question. Have a great day and please be safe out there.
