Richard,
That sounds like a more reasonable route of action.
Will look into dyi after getting settled in, but the word on the forum is everything here is of inferior quality. :)

I got what I consider very good herb off a tuk tuk guy who actually just walked into the guesthouse/resto I was hanging at. Almost too good, I'm not much up on heroin strength weed. Another time I got decent avg greenbud. Buzz more to my liking as I like the smoking part a bit. That was in PP, dunno about anywhere else.

One time I brought a couple potato mashers, a paint roller and handle and tray. I think JM got most of that. This time I'm bringing a 5 lb can of iced tea with lemon powder, at least one. Makes about 7 gallons. My usual coffee, sometimes I don't want to play "how MUCH actual coffee is IN this stuff?". Really not a lot I miss from home. I DO WISH they'd get a handle on a really good bagette. Mostly they're not fresh. I suspect some ppl go buy out a big lot at dawn when it's coming outta the ovens. Or some good italian sub type bread.

Indoor skydiving facility.

Charge $20 per head for a six minute session solo, or $30 with an instructor in tandem.

If I had the room , I would bring back one thousand ha of outback Australian dessert and dump it in the middle if the Tonnie Sap lake then sell it off to a little known Chinese company to build hi-rise apartments on. [ for the poor people of course ]
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

I've spent time wondering what I could import each way to profit, but it seems Khmer are pretty good at solving problems and filling needs that you can find most of what you need, and the rest of the things are mostly one off people jonesing for some salad cream or something weird like that.

I brought things before and later thought it was funny that while bought in NA it was made in China or VN. Hardly makes sense to bring things from the west when it already comes from Asia.

Someone had a business for a while using Amazon for product fulfillment. A person could purchase something on amazon and have it delivered to you, and you would carry it to them in the city of your destination, for a fee. In this way, you had control of what you were packing into your suitcase. I did it a few times before that business came to an end.

I usually have an extra 50 lb suitcase I could take but never need that much stuff anymore.
